Fitbit Sense

I've been using Fitbit wearables for some time now, and the Sense is by far the best version yet. This comes with an ECG sensor for advanced heart monitoring and an EDA sensor for stress sensing, both of which play more important roles than your usual fitness tracking these days. That said, there is also built-in GPS which lets me track my pace and distance without having to carry my phone around, and I take advantage of the watch's blood oxygen level sensor to monitor my sleep quality. I'm a Fitbit Premium user, which gives me access to detailed reports and useful tips, so I would recommend subscribing to this service as well.

Dyson vacuum cleaners have rarely disappointed me, and this includes both my trusty old V6 and the more recent V10 at home (I've actually just swapped in a third battery for my V6). While Dyson has since released an even more powerful model, it just so happens that the V10 Absolute Pro is currently on offer, going for S$648 (saving S$251), making it a nice deal considering its suction power and versatility, courtesy of its full accessories package (two cleaner heads included as well for floor scrubbing).

LG Smart Dryer with Dual Inverter Heat Pump (TD-H90VWD)

I hated hanging clothes on a rack, especially when it was humid or raining, which meant I had to use up a lot of indoor space while also having to turn on my dehumidifier. I eventually bought this LG dryer and it literally changed my life: I simply just stuff my wet laundry into the machine, and my clothes are ready in under 1.5 hours. Needless to say, this 9kg capacity can easily handle bedding as well. Better yet, there's also an Allergy Care mode for your fluffy toys and cushions, and this reduces 99.9% of house dust mites using a 60°C warm air cycle (certified by British Allergy Foundation).

Lenovo offers the lightest (598g) portable screen on the market, yet it comes with a sturdy adjustable hinge, two USB-C ports and even a Kensington cable lock slot. Most importantly, its 14-inch 1920 x 1080 IPS matte panel is widely praised by critics and users. If you often find yourself needing extra screen space while on the go, then don't miss this offer.

Panasonic Bread Maker Power SD-P2001WSH

Now is obviously a good time to try more home cooking. Personally, I've been making use of my Panasonic bread maker, which doubles as a nice aromatic alarm clock after I throw in the ingredients the night before. It's almost impossible to fail: you just need to follow the recipe book, add in the right amount of ingredients and liquids, set the time and you'll wake up to the smell of freshly baked bread. I've been mainly baking white bread and multigrain bread, but you can also experiment with milk, nuts and chocolate. Just remember to stock up on flour, butter, yeast and maybe milk once in a while.
