Ho Bee Land acquires Ropemaker Place in London for $1.16 bil
SINGAPORE (June 17): Property group Ho Bee Land's total investment in London property has risen to $2.4 billion, thanks to its latest acquisition -- Ropemaker Place.
On Sunday, Ho Bee said wholly-owned subsidiary, Grandeur Property Investments has successfully completed the acquisition of Frasia Properties S.à.r.l (FPS) for £650 million ($1.16 billion).
