Help shape SG100 now, urges PM Lee

Check out the Future of Us Exhibition.

As Singapore’s Jubilee Year draws to a close, Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong urged Singaporeans to start shaping country for the next half century.

The government has launched the “Future of Us” Exhibition, an immersive and multi-sensory experience that offers a glimpse into the possibilities of how Singaporeans can live, work, play, care and learn in the future.

The exhibition is part of the SGfuture engagement series, which will be led by Minister Grace Fu and Minister Chan Chun Sing.

“So I hope you will step forward to work with your fellow Singaporeans to shape our future, the Future of Us. So that by SG 100, we will have another celebration as happy and satisfying as this one,” PM Lee said at the launch of the exhibition.

“And 50 years from now, our children can come back and can tell, by then, their grandchildren that it was here they caught a glimpse of what they could create for the future and were moved to turn their dreams into reality, and to write the next chapter of the Singapore story,” he added.

The exhibition will run from December 1, 2015 to March 8, 2016, and will be open from 9am to 9pm daily. It is located at 30 Marina Boulevard, near Bayfront MRT station. Entrance is free.
