Globus Medical to Participate in North American Spine Society Annual Meeting

Unveiling Excelsius3D™ Intelligent Imaging System

AUDUBON, Pa., Sept. 28, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Globus Medical, Inc. (NYSE:GMED), a leading musculoskeletal solutions company, today announced it will participate in the 36th Annual Meeting of the North American Spine Society (NASS) being held September 29 through October 2, 2021 at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center.

Globus Medical will present the latest evolutions in robotic spine and minimally invasive lateral lumbar surgery and showcase the expansion of their spinal implant portfolio with ExcelsiusTM Lateral 360. The recently launched procedural solution leverages leading robotic navigation and implant technologies to transform staged procedures into a single-position lateral surgery. Globus will also unveil the most recent addition to the ExcelsiusTM technology platform—Excelsius3DTM, an intelligent intraoperative 3-in-1 imaging system recently 510(k)-cleared by the Food and Drug Administration. Excelsius3DTM pushes enabling technologies into the future by consolidating cone-beam CT, fluoroscopy, and digital radiography into a single imaging platform.
