LANCASTER, Pa. (AP) — LANCASTER, Pa. (AP) — Fulton Financial Corp. (FULT) on Tuesday reported third-quarter net income of $63.2 million.

The Lancaster, Pennsylvania-based bank said it had earnings of 33 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs, were 50 cents per share.

The results beat Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of four analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 44 cents per share.

The financial holding company posted revenue of $487.3 million in the period. Its revenue net of interest expense was $322.1 million, also surpassing Street forecasts.
