Fulham entertain Everton at Craven Cottage on Sunday

(ES Composite)

Fulham will sense an opportunity when they host Everton in the Premier League today.

The promoted side have endured a tough return back to the top-flight, but improved just before the international break with a first win of the season.

Everton, meanwhile, have lost three on the bounce and appear to be plummeting after a fine start. A game against Fulham, then, could be just what the doctor ordered.

Date, time and venue

Fulham vs Everton is scheduled for a 12pm GMT kick-off today (Sunday, November 22, 2020).

The match will be held behind closed doors at Craven Cottage.

How to watch

TV channel: The match will be televised live on BBC One, which is free-to-air in the UK.

Live stream: UK viewers will be able to watch the match online via BBC iPlayer.

Team news

Fulham will again check on midfielder Mario Lemina, who has been out with a hamstring problem. Scott Parker reported no fresh injury problems following the international break, but French forward Aboubakar Kamara will serve out a three-match suspension.

Dutch defender Kenny Tete is stepping up his recovery from a calf problem, along with Terence Kongolo (ankle), but neither are yet ready for a return.

Everton defender Seamus Coleman has been ruled out after sustaining an injury in training for the Republic of Ireland.

Forward Richarlison returns after a three-match suspension.

Fulham provisional squad: Areola, Andersen, Adarabioyo, Robinson, Aina, Cairney, Reed, Zambo, Mitrovic, Reid, Lookman, Rodak, Hector, Ream, Bryan, Kebano, Loftus-Cheek, Cavaleiro, Lemina

Midfielders Fabian Delph (knock) and Allan (muscle) are fit while long-term absentee Jean-Philippe Gbamin is closing in on a return in the next couple of weeks.

Everton provisional squad: Pickford, Kenny, Keane, Holgate, Digne, Allan, Gomes, Doucoure, Rodriguez, Calvert-Lewin, Richarlison, Olsen, Mina, Godfrey, Davies, Delph, Sigurdsson, Tosun, Iwobi, Bernard.

Prediction: Fulham 0-1 Everton

Fulham have a win under their belt and should have earned a draw at West Ham last time out, making them the form team heading into this fixture despite the hype around Everton’s start.

Still, Carlo Ancelotti has more at his disposal and certainly enough to see off the hosts.
