Four Seasons Private Residences to be developed in San Francisco

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, a luxury hospitality company, and 706 Mission Street Co, an affiliate of real estate investment management firm Westbrook Partners, have announced the development of new private residences in San Francisco, the US. The Four Seasons Private Residences will be located at 706 Mission Street, in the heart of the Yerba Buena arts and cultural district. It is slated for completion in 2020.

The 146 residences for the project will be housed in two adjacent towers. 706 Mission Street Co will build and develop the main 45-storey tower. The adjacent, historical 10-storey Aronson Building, which dates back to 1903, will also be refurbished.

Most residences will range in size from 2,800 sq ft to more than 4,000 sq ft, with between two and four bedrooms each. Facilities will include a fitness centre, lounge with a bar, private dining and tasting room, and landscaped outdoor terrace.
