Yahoo Finance Far East Hospitality offers soft launch rates for two new hotels in Sentosa
Hotel operator Far East Hospitality has announced that two of its newest hotel properties in Sentosa will be open for a soft launch next year, and bookings open on Nov 7. The hotelier is developing three new hotel properties along Artillery Avenue which will add 839 new rooms to Sentosa. The properties are expected to be completed by the end of next year.
“Located in a prime area in Sentosa, our new hotels offer guests the best of both connectivity as well as serenity of an island getaway,” says Arthur Kiong, CEO of Far East Hospitality. The hotels are a 2min walk to the Imbiah monorail station and close to attractions like Universal Studios Singapore, the Sentosa Merlion, and Palawan Beach. They are also a 15min drive to the CBD, Orchard Road shopping belt, and Gardens by the Bay.
The largest new hotel will be the 606-room Village Hotel at Sentosa, which will be the flagship property for the Village brand by Far East Hospitality. It will offer mid-tier accommodation options, including family rooms with two ensuite bathrooms. The hotel will feature four themed pools, including an infinity pool with a sea view.

The developer is also opening the 193-room Outpost hotel as a new brand to its portfolio. Presented as an “adults-oriented getaway”, the hotel caters to individual travellers and couples, and built for guest who prefer exclusivity and appreciate attention to detail. The hotel will feature a rooftop pool and bar, as well as an events hall specifically for wedding celebrations.
The Village Hotel at Sentosa and The Outpost Hotel are expected to be completed by March next year.

Far East Hospitality is introducing another new brand called The Barracks Hotel, which has been designed for guests looking for old-school luxury and prestige. The hotel will be in a conserved colonial building and will only comprise 40 rooms, with those on the ground floor enjoying direct access to the pool and Jacuzzi.

From Nov 7 till June 30 next year, the Village Hotel at Sentosa and The Outpost Hotel will be offering soft launch rates at 20% off its normal room rates. The stay period will be from Feb 19 2019 to June 30.
