BRUSSELS (Reuters) - The European Commission said on Thursday it had launched a public consultation inviting all interested parties to comment on draft guidelines on exclusionary abuses of dominance, which include predatory pricing, margin squeeze, exclusive dealing and refusal to supply.

In a statement, the Commission said those guidelines will help increase legal certainty to the benefit of consumers, and businesses, as well as national competition authorities and courts.
