Detached house at Berrima Road on the market for $15.88 mil

SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - A freehold three-storey detached house on Berrima Road, off Dunearn Road in District 11, is up for sale via an expression of interest (EOI) exercise at a guide price of $15.88 million. The house occupies a land area of 4,585 sq ft, which means the guide price works out to $3,463 psf.

The five-bedroom home has an estimated built-up area of 6,663 sq ft. It includes spacious living and dining areas, an entertainment room, a helper’s room and a car porch that can fit three cars. The house has a north-south facing orientation, a swimming pool, and a private lift.

“This detached house on Berrima Road presents an exceptional opportunity for those seeking a modern and luxurious living experience,” says Aric Lim, associate district director at Huttons Asia, who is marketing the property.

Lee Sze Teck, senior director of data analytics at Huttons Asia, says that the property presents a rare opportunity for buyers seeking a detached home in the area, given that bungalows in the estate are rarely up for sale. “In the past two years, only eight [bungalows in Dunearn Estate] have changed hands,” he adds.
