Prices of townhouse units in the project have never dipped below $1,144 psf since May 2011. There have been seven transactions involving townhouse units at Glentrees since 2011 at an average price of $1,177 psf.

Glentrees is a 999-year leasehold condominium project in prime District 10. Completed in 2005, the 176-unit development offers a wide range of facilities, including a 50m lap pool, jacuzzi, fitness corner and thematic gardens.

The project is located between Jelita Shopping Centre and Henry Park Primary School. Its immediate vicinity comprises predominantly landed homes, including the Holland Rise and Maryland Estate Good Class Bungalow areas.
