Daily Markets Briefing: STI down 0.08%

Find out who the biggest losers were.

According to KGI Fraser, Singapore shares ended slightly softer yesterday with turnover pulling back from the previous session.

The STI closed 2.22 points lower to end at 2,858.01, crucially still holding above the 2,850 psychological support level, KGI Fraser said.

Here’s more from KGI Fraser:

In the absence of local market drivers, situational plays continue to dominate the scene with penny stocks again on the move.

Amongst the most active, Noble Group and Ezra Holdings continue to be on the radar of many traders.

In a stock exchange filing overnight, Franklin Resources increased their stake in Noble from 5.82% to 6.01%.
