A few weeks ago, we wrote about whether it makes financial sense to buy your next iPhone on Circles.Life interest-free installment plan. In the article, we suggested that while Circles.Life SIM only plan appears to deliver better savings compared to traditional handset subsidy plans, the savings isn’t as significant when it’s compared to its other SIM only plans peers offered by other telcos.

There were some comments in our previous article as we only compared between Circles.Life and Singtel. In addition, we also used the additional 2GB Singtel WiFi as part of our comparison, which many felt was not an “apples-for-apples” comparison.

As such, we decided to do a much more detailed comparison in today’s article. We will compare the SIM only plans in Singapore among all four telcos.

The idea of having a side income appeals to just about every Singaporean, because after all, you can never have too much money.

But once you actually factor in the amount of time and effort needed to earn money outside of your day job, most people get turned off—after all, the idea of having to slave away giving private tuition or doing freelance work when you’re already exhausted from working long hours in your regular job is not appealing. And dealing with bargain hunters and straight up weirdos on Carousell is also very few people’s idea of fun even if you can earn some decent money from it.

However, behind the scenes, other industries are also changing rapidly. The construction industry, for example, has been rapidly transformed by robot technology and the use of drone inspections.

Building a skyscraper used to be a tedious affair, with construction usually taking years to complete. However, last year The Guardian featured a video showing how a 57-storey building was completed in a mere 19 days.
