SHANGHAI (AP) _ Ctrip.com International Ltd. (CTRP) on Wednesday reported second-quarter profit of $360 million.

The Shanghai-based company said it had profit of 59 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring gains, came to 29 cents per share.

The travel services company posted revenue of $1.11 billion in the period.

Ctrip.Com shares have fallen 16 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, shares hit $36.97, a fall of 27 percent in the last 12 months.
