Colliers appoints head of industrial services in Singapore

SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Colliers has appointed Lynus Pook as head of industrial services, Singapore, effective immediately.

Pook will be leading the industrial occupier and capital markets transactions involving data centres, industrial and logistics real estate in Singapore. He will also develop a long-term business strategy to grow business opportunities and attract, develop and retain talent in his team.

Concurrently, Pook takes on the role of executive director, industrial services, Asia.

Pook will report to WeiLeng Tang, managing director, Singapore, and work closely with Michael Bowens, head of industrial, Asia, to build stronger industrial capabilities to service clients in Asia.

Pook joined Colliers in April 2021 from Cushman & Wakefield, where he was director of data centre & real estate brokerage, leading the company’s data centre service line in Singapore.
