Centurion Corp expects 'substantial' earnings increase for FY2023 in profit guidance

The company’s unaudited FY2023 financial results are expected to be released on Feb 28.

The board of Centurion Corporation OU8 has announced that it expects to report a substantial increase in earnings for the FY2023 ended Dec 31, 2023, compared to its FY2022 earnings.

In a profit guidance filing on Feb 13, the company said that based on a preliminary assessment of its unaudited consolidated management accounts for FY2023, an earnings increase was expected from net fair value gains on investment properties recognised in the full-year period.

The company’s unaudited FY2023 financial results are expected to be released on Feb 28.

Shares in Centurion closed 1 cent higher or 2.56% up at 40 cent on Feb 13.
