Celine joins the Paris menswear calendar

Celine showed a selection of men's silhouettes at its fashion week ready-to-wear show in September

The Celine fashion house will show a menswear collection at the forthcoming Paris men's fashion week, Women's Wear Daily (WWD) reports Monday, November 19.

After staging a coed show in Paris in September, Celine creative director, Hedi Slimane, has chosen to show a menswear collection as part of the Paris men's calendar for the fall/winter 2019-2020 season.

The French fashion house is reported to be in talks with the Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode to fix an exact date for the show, which will be held during the next Paris men's fashion week, January 15-20, 2019.

The fashion news website WWD states that the show may also include a certain number of women's silhouettes.
