Burnley host Newcastle United in the Premier League this afternoon with Steve Bruce’s side desperate for three points to ease their relegation fears.

Newcastle are winless in their last seven in the Premier League but claimed a point against Tottenham Hotspur last weekend thanks to Joe Willock’s late equaliser.

Burnley also have work to do if they are to secure their Premier League status for another season and come into this one just four points above Newcastle in the table.

Sean Dyche’s side have won just one of their last seven matches in the Premier League and threw away a two-goal lead in the 3-2 defeat to Southampton last Sunday.
