* Acquired remaining 51% equity interest that it does not currently own in sharp litho sdn bhd from chua ngeun lok and lim ah seng

* Acquisition for a total cash consideration of 1.6 million rgt

* Acquisition is not expected to have any material impact on eps, net assets per share, gearing, share capital for fy dec. 31, 2016

* Proposed acquisition is expected to be completed in 4th quarter of 2016.
