BRIEF-Scomi Group says SESB signed Power Purchase Agreement with Tenaga Nasional Berhad

March 27 (Reuters) - Scomi Group Bhd:

* Strong Elegance Sdn Bhd (SESB) has on 27 March 2017 signed the power purchase agreement with Tenaga Nasional Berhad

* Project is expected to contribute positively to the future earnings of Scomi

* Under PPA, SESB will undertake to develop a 30MWac Large Scale Solar Photovoltaic Power Plant at Bandar Sungai Petani, Daerah Kuala Muda, Kedah on build-own-operate basis
