BRIEF-Sats to acquire 10 pct stake in Evergreen Sky Catering from Malaysia Airlines

* Proposed acquisition of 10% of shares in capital of Evergreen Sky Catering Corporation from Malaysia Airlines Berhad

* Deal for consideration for proposed acquisition is 100 million rgt

* Proposed acquisition is not expected to have any material impact on company's net tangible assets per share and consolidated EPS for current FY

* Upon completion of acquisition, co would own 27.5 million shares in capital of ESCC, representing 25 pct of issued ordinary shares in capital of ESCC
