Boutique project Baywind Residences in Telok Kurau to launch on May 20

SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Local property developers ABR Holdings and LWH Holdings will launch their latest residential project, Baywind Residences, this coming Friday, May 20.

Located at 95 Lorong N Telok Kurau in District 15, Baywind Residences is a freehold residential development that consists of 24 units. The project features a mix of 3+1- and 4+1-bedroom units of 969 sq ft to 1,313 sq ft. According to the developers, the project is expected to launch at a starting guide price of about $1.99 million.

Within the unit mix, 3+1-bedroom units are sized from 969 sq ft to 1,066 sq ft and will have a starting guide price of about $2,038 psf. Meanwhile, 4+1-bedroom unit , which span 1,270 sq ft to 1,313 sq ft, will start from about $1,953 psf.

The project benefits from its proximity to popular neighbourhoods in the East Coast area such as Joo Chiat, Marine Parade and Siglap. Other amenities such as shopping malls are also nearby, including Parkway Parade and I12 Katong.

The development is also 1km from Ngee Ann Primary School, CHIJ Katong Primary School, St. Stephen’s School and Tao Nan School.

Baywind Residences is served by expressways such as East Coast Parkway and the Pan-Island Expressway. Nearby MRT stations include the future Marine Terrace station on the Thomson-East Coast Line.

According to the developers, the design of the project features “a palette of earthy tones and natural materials” and the architectural inclusion of vertical lines throughout the development was inspired by the clusters of conservation shophouses that popular the area. Each unit also features a layout that promotes multifunctional spaces throughout the common living areas.

The project will officially launch on May 20 and the showflat is located on the 2nd floor of Kallang Leisure Park.
