Boustead Singapore Limited announced that it has been awarded 3 design-and-build contracts. The total value of these contracts could reach $137 million with the final value determined by the final design. The first contract is to build an integrated food production, logistics and office facility for a client in the food logistics industry. It would also include an advanced automatic storage and retrieval system from cold, chilled and ambient warehouses. The second is to build an advanced integrated logistics and office facility for a global logistics provider. The third is to build a warehouse for a global player in the renewable energy sector. The 3 contracts are expected to complete by 2015 and take Boustead’s orderbook to $452 million.
