We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Fine Jewelry Showroom & Account Manager to join our team in Manhattan.

This multifaceted role combines fine jewelry sales expertise, retail account management, customer service excellence, and operational efficiency to manage and drive sales and uphold the brand's values in a luxury jewelry retail environment.

This role will be instrumental in overseeing the wholesale and direct to consumer experience with our brand.

We are looking for a highly organized, motivated individual, who is eager to grow within the jewelry industry.

Jewelry experience is encouraged, not mandatory for this role.

Responsibilities:

Inventory/Showroom Management
● Manage product stock, sell through, and restocks for internal and external partners.
● Place orders with manufacturing partners, keep customers up to date with the status of their orders.
● Manage internal software that manages inventory, production, costs, delivery dates, etc.

General Book Keeping
● Manage invoicing and billing processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions.
● Oversee day-to-day operations, including inventory management and maintenance of store appearance.

Client & Partner Relations
● Servicing new and existing customers inquiries while maintaining up to date point of contact lists.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with retail accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
● Handle website orders, including processing, fulfillment, and shipping coordination.
● Provide personalized assistance to customers, offering product knowledge and guidance to facilitate sales.
● Coordinate jewelry repairs, working closely with our craftsmen and external partners to ensure timely completion.

Skills / Traits:
● Experience with order fulfillment, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
● Cultural fit

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and partners.
● Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
● Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and point-of-sale system
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
● Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
● High school diploma or equivalent
● Jewelry experience encouraged, not required.
● Knowledge of jewelry repair processes and materials preferred.
● Additional education in sales or business administration is a plus.
● Shopify/DTC web experience, preferred by not required.

Schedule:
● Full-time role with office hours from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with flexibility for extended hours and weekends during busy seasons, sales, or events.
