(Reuters) - The Body Shop entered into an exclusivity agreement with a consortium led by investment firm focused on beauty and personal care Auréa group, the joint administrators of the struggling UK cosmetics retailer said on Wednesday.

The management team will be led by former Molton Brown CEO Charles Denton and the deal to buyout the retailer could be completed in the coming weeks, the administrators added.
