Bob's Repair, the Decentralized Marketplace for the States' Skilled Trade Industry and with John McAfee as Senior Advisor, Announced Token Pre-Sale

HONG KONG, Jan. 9, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Bob's Repair (the "Company"), the decentralized platform which aims to eliminate review fraud and provide lower pricing in the home repair industry of the United States, announced its token (BOB) pre-sale yesterday.

According to Statista, improvement and maintenance spending on both owner-occupied homes and rental units in the United States showed continuous growth from 2007 to 2015. In 2015, the total expenditure came to USD340 billion.

The blockchain-backed platform aimed to disrupt the current home repair marketplace and tackle three major problems faced by all consumers: (1) false information due to review fraud, (2) hidden costs due to advertising, and (3) higher prices due to a lack of pricing transparency, which tricks consumers into making poor decisions and wasting money.

"Bob's Repair is the first company in the world to ensure that all consumers and workers are real by verifying identities of all involved parties through a blockchain identity verification solution. We are dedicated to bringing trust and fair pricing back to the consumers," said Mr. Frideric Prandecki, Co-founder and CEO of the Company.

Over the past three years, the founders of Bob's Repair successfully operated an automated SMS platform that directly connected consumers to contractors, transacting over USD1 million in revenue and facilitating over 50,000 service calls. Over 55,000 consumers and contractors will be onboarded to the Company's new STEEM blockchain platform, where the Bob Application will be built.

The Company has launched its token (BOB) pre-sale on 4 January 2018, with a soft cap of 6,000 ETH and a hard cap of 30,000 ETH. Total exchange rate would be 1 ETH to 6,000 units of BOB, representing a 30% of bounty upon the official round of token sale.

Mr. Prandecki continued, "We are happy to have Mr John McAfee as a Partner and Senior Advisor of the Company. His insights on blockchain development and his experience of founding one of the greatest anti-virus companies in the world deeply encouraged us. We believe his expertise will help bring Bob's Repair to the next level: capturing the lion's share of the USD400-billion-dollar skilled trade industry."

About Bob's Repair

Bob's Repair is founded by the Prandecki Brothers with the vision to eliminate review fraud and provide lower pricing in the home repair industry of the United States by its decentralized platform. The Company invited Mr John McAfee as a Partner and Senior Advisor by the close of last year and borrows Mr McAfee's experience to capture the lion's share of the USD400-billion-dollar skilled trade industry.
