Berkshire plan in place, Domino's cooling off, Sears pops

Let’s check out the Yahoo Finance charts of the day.

Berkshire Hathaway (BRK-A): A-shares are higher today in early trading. The succession plan is getting clearer at Warren Buffett’s Berkshire, as the conglomerate names Gregory Abel and Ajit Jain vice chairmen and increases its board size by two to 14.

Domino’s Pizza (DPZ): Shares are lower today in midday trading. The pizza chain announced CEO Patrick Doyle will leave in June after 8 years at the helm; international president Richard Allison was named the new CEO.

Sears Holdings (SHLD): The stock is climbing higher today in early trading, to $3.28 a share, as the embattled retail operator behind Sears and Kmart has raised $100 million in new financing and is pursuing an additional $200 million from other lenders to get things back on track.
