BBR Holdings (Singapore) Secures Contract To Construct Student Hostel

BBR Holdings’ (Singapore) has secured its second pre-fabricated pre-finished volumetric construction contract for a student hostel development at Nanyang Technological University.

The contract involves the erection of one block of 11-storey and three blocks of 13-storey student hostel development and one block of four-storey multi-storey car park with ancillary facilities.

The subcontract works secured by the group’s 75 percent owned subsidiary, Moderna Homes, will bolster the group’s net order book which stood at $555 million as at 5 May 2015.

The project is scheduled to be completed in the second quarter of 2017.
