Bazaarvoice (BV) Looks Good: Stock Adds 10.2% in Session

Bazaarvoice, Inc. BV) was a big mover last session, as the company saw its shares rise over 10% on the day. The upside was driven by the company’s announcement of better-than-expected first quarter fiscal 2017 results. This resulted in solid volume with far more shares changing hands than in a normal session. This continues the recent uptrend for the company since Aug 31, as the stock is now up over 18%.

None of the estimates for this stock were revised over the past 30 days. The Zacks Consensus Estimate also remained unchanged over the same time frame. Yesterday’s price action is encouraging though, so make sure to keep a close watch on this firm in the near future.
