Bank of England sets up cost benefit analysis panel

LONDON (Reuters) - The Bank of England has established a new cost benefit analysis panel to provide advice when new rules are proposed for firms and financial market infrastructures.

Laurel Powers-Freeling, who chairs Uber UK and a number of other businesses, has been appointed chair of the panel, the BoE said on Tuesday.
