RICHMOND, Va., May 05, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Atlantic Union Bankshares Corporation has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share. The dividend amount is the same as the prior quarter’s dividend and a 2 cent, or 9%, increase from the prior year’s dividend.
Based on the stock’s closing price of $22.48 on May 4, 2020, the dividend yield is approximately 4.4%. The dividend is payable on June 3, 2020 to shareholders of record as of May 20, 2020.
