Astino To Invest RM100 Million In New Facility

Shares Investment

  • Astino plans to invest over RM100 million in a new multi-system agro-house production facility in Nibong Tebal by the end of the year.

  • The plans will be finalised by the end of the year. Should the economy of the country worsen, the plans might be halted.

  • The performance of the group in 4Q15 will play a key role in confirming the plans.

Significance : For 9M15 ended 30 April, Astino posted RM19 million in net profit on the back of RM387 million in turnover, compared with RM21 million and RM363.9 million achieved in 9M14.
