Apex Property launches luxury ski-in chalets in Niseko

On Nov 17, Apex Property announced the launch of Hanaridge, a luxury chalet and land development project in Niseko, Japan. It is the first ski-in luxury chalet collection in Niseko, says the developer.

Located near the base of Hanazono Ski Resort and just around the corner from the Park Hyatt Hotel, Hanaridge sits on an elevated site spanning 26,000 sqm (279,852 sq ft) that will be divided into 12 plots. Each lot will range from 1,000 to 3,000 sqm, and have a maximum potential to build a three-storey chalet from 3,013 to 7,532 sq ft.

The chalet locations in each of the 12 lots have been carefully selected to ensure uninterrupted views of Mount Yotei.

Investors can choose to work with RTA Riccardo Tossani Architecture, the recommended partner of Apex Property, or an architect of their choice to build their dream property.

“Rental return rates for residential apartments in Niseko are between 2-5%”, says Vicky Lam, co-founder of Apex Property, who expects the project to attract mostly Asians and expats residing in Asia.
