Health Net HNT was upgraded from Neutral to Buy at Goldman Sachs said. Valuation call, based on a $35 price target.

Cogent Communications CCOI was downgraded to Hold at TheStreet Ratings.

First Solar FSLR was downgraded to Sell at TheStreet Ratings.
