RANCHO CORDOVA, Calif. (AP) _ American River Bankshares (AMRB) on Thursday reported third-quarter earnings of $1.2 million.

The bank, based in Rancho Cordova, California, said it had earnings of 20 cents per share.

The parent company of American River Bank posted revenue of $6 million in the period. Its revenue net of interest expense was $5.6 million, which met Street forecasts.

American River shares have fallen nearly 3 percent since the beginning of the year. The stock has risen slightly more than 1 percent in the last 12 months.
