Amazon to increase delivery fee for its Fresh groceries orders effective 8 June
Amazon said it is revising fees to continue offering the service "amidst rising costs".
SINGAPORE — Amazon Fresh & Fast, the groceries delivery service by Amazon, will be revising its delivery fees effective 8 June 2023.
In an email to existing customers, Amazon said it will be revising their delivery fees specifically for orders through its Amazon Fresh service "in an effort to continue offering customers fast service and great value on groceries amidst rising costs".
This is the second time Amazon has revised its delivery fees for the service this year, following a similar revision back in February 2023 on its delivery window fee.

In response to a query by Yahoo Finance Singapore, Amazon said that it is introducing changes to the delivery fees for orders on Amazon Fresh "to ensure we continue delivering the same high quality of service to Prime members in Singapore".
The Amazon Fresh & Fast service, which offers same-day scheduled delivery with two options of one-hour or two-hour scheduled delivery, is available to Amazon Prime members. Previously, members were not required to pay any delivery fees for orders above S$60 for any two-hour delivery slots.
Currently, the exact delivery fee applicable to any orders made varies depending on the specific delivery window selected as well as the order size.
