Aldi is about to start selling a 3D printer - and it's cheaper than everywhere else

Budget supermarket Aldi has long been making waves with its bargain products – but this could be the best one yet.

The chain is about to start selling a 3D printer among its online exclusive bargains – at the tempting price tag of £299.99.

The Balco steel-framed gadget has touchscreen controls, can print directly from SD cards and apparently has a “large build area to print your toys, figures, decorations, crafts, and more”.

Cheap – the 3D printer is said to be £600 cheaper than elsewhere on the market (Picture: Aldi)

It will be available for order from November 19 and is a whole lot cheaper than elsewhere on the market – and £600 cheaper than the same model on sale elsewhere, according to the supermarket.

The high-tech item is not the only interesting addition to Aldi’s range ahead of Christmas.

The supermarket is also planning to stock a 55-inch 4K LED Smart TV – its largest TV yet – for £429.99, as well as a  Premium Bluetooth soundbar, priced £129.99, which supports AirPlay and Spotify and can be linked to a TV or operated with both Bluetooth and WiFi.
