Acadia Realty Trust (AKR) Q1 FFO and Revenues Miss Estimates

Acadia Realty Trust (AKR) came out with quarterly funds from operations (FFO) of $0.30 per share, missing the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $0.33 per share. This compares to FFO of $0.39 per share a year ago. These figures are adjusted for non-recurring items.

This quarterly report represents an FFO surprise of -9.09%. A quarter ago, it was expected that this real estate investment trust would post FFO of $0.32 per share when it actually produced FFO of $0.32, delivering no surprise.

Over the last four quarters, the company has surpassed consensus FFO estimates two times.

Acadia Realty Trust, which belongs to the Zacks REIT and Equity Trust - Retail industry, posted revenues of $71.42 million for the quarter ended March 2020, missing the Zacks Consensus Estimate by 8.44%. This compares to year-ago revenues of $74.80 million. The company has topped consensus revenue estimates three times over the last four quarters.
