1) Alex Residences
Located at Alexandra View in District 3, Alex Residences is a 99-year leasehold development slated for completion in 2018. The 40-storey condominium tower, designed by P&T Architects & Engineers, offers panoramic views and comprises 429 units. The property features a host of modern amenities such as Singapore’s highest residential rooftop pool, gym, BBQ pavilion, play park, reading patio, zen, hammock and chess gardens, and putting green, as well as many other areas for rest and relaxation.
The nearest MRT station from the development is Redhill, located about two minutes’ walk away.Crescent Girls' School, Gan Eng Seng Primary School and Queenstown Secondary School are within 1km. A 474 sq ft one-bedroom unit with a sea view at this condo was recently listed for $905,000 ($1,909 psf).
2) Seaside Residences
One of the hottest new property launches in District 15 in years, Seaside Residences at Siglap Road is expected to be completed in 2021. The 99-year leasehold condo fronted by the East Coast Park expressway features 841 units across four 27-storey blocks. About 70% of the units at Seaside Residences are sea-facing.
It is close to the upcoming Siglap MRT station, also due to open the same year. Its one-bedroom units are touted to be one of the more spacious and well-designed one-bedroom units compared with other new developments. Condo facilities are categorised by “Sun”, “Sand”, “Sea”, and “Sky”, featuring fitness and play zones, a reflexology garden, lap, lagoon and beach pools, a tennis court, gym, game room, reading/sky lounges and a sky view deck. Victoria School is right next door and Ngee Ann Primary School is less than 1km away. Estimated prices for a 560 sq ft one-bedroom unit is roughly$1,604 psf for a total of $898,000.
3) Kingsford Waterbay

Kingsford Waterbay is a large development along Upper Serangoon Road in District 19 comprising 1,157 apartment units, eight strata landed houses and six commercial units. The 99-year leasehold condominium is expected to be competed in 2021. It is located near Hougang MRT station and offers many facilities including a tennis court, gym room, aqua gym and outdoor gym, fitness corner and two 50m lap pools. Families with young kids will love the bubbling pool and waterslide, playground and BBQ sun deck. For nature lovers, there’s a zen garden, meditation lawn, putting green and sunset pavilion. There are several schools in vicinity including Serangoon Secondary School next door, and CHIJ Our Lady Of The Nativity and North Vista Secondary School within 1km. Expected to be completed in 2020, the 99-year leasehold development is a five-minute walk to Lakeside MRT station and will be close to the Kuala Lumpur-Singapore High-Speed Rail opening in 2026. The condo’s resort-themed facilities include a kids’ play pool, family leisure pool, 50m lap pool, spa cove, tennis court, gym and fitness corners, and many lounges, pavilions and decks for chilling. For parents with school-going kids, there’s the Canadian International School just next door and River Valley High School is a three-minute drive away. Expected to be completed in 2021, the 99-year leasehold development has 525 units spread across 11 towers standing at 12-storeys each. There are facilities galore for families and kids: play pool, water jets playground, children’s slide pool, swing beds (pool), wading pool, games pavilion, playground and adventure fort, as well as a BBQ pavilion, party deck, clubhouse and festive terrace.
