4 Ways Tired Singaporeans Can Get Rejuvenated Quickly

This article was originally on GET.com at: 4 Ways Tired Singaporeans Can Get Rejuvenated Quickly

To be completely honest, how many of you genuinely feel energized every single day of the week? I'm definitely not a morning person and it doesn't help that I sleep really late most of the time... just like many of you out there. So, what can we do if we can't just hop onto a plane that takes us to nature destinations that will rejuvenate our soul every now and then? Because, hello, we don't have an unlimited number of leave days.

To help you out without adding a single bit of stress to your already fatigued mind, we at GET.com put together a list of 4 ways tired people can breathe new life into their soul in a jiffy. Why, you're most welcome.

4 Ways To Get Rejuvenated Quickly

1. Snooze In The Cinema

If you're thinking that I am suggesting that you nod yourself to sleep with blaring sound effects whilst a movie is playing on screen, scratch that idea right away. For those who haven't heard, let me do the honour of telling you how else you can specifically catch 40 winks in the theatre.

All you need to do is head over to Golden Village Suntec City and buy a $12 ticket (that comes with lunch and a drink, an eye mask plus a discount coupon for Gold Class dining on another occasion) that lets you nap for 90 minutes in its Gold Class theatre complete with a plush recliner seat and soothing music.

Those who've been to Gold Class movies would know how comfortable those seats in there are. Do hurry if you want to try this out for yourself as this Executive Zen Zone service is available until 28 September, for now.

According to a news report, Golden Village will be assessing feedback and making improvements before it decides to offer this in other Gold Class cinemas peppered across our sunny shores.

2. Stuff Your Head In The Ostrich Pillow®

Always on the lookout for ways you can sleep better? Consider getting your hands on, or rather your head inside of this alien-looking thing called the Ostrich Pillow®.

Apparently, this revolutionary avant-garde product helps you easily enjoy power naps anytime, anywhere, everywhere. Its peculiar design boasts a micro environment that's cozy and incredibly comfortable altogether.

3. Book A Nap Room

For those working in the Marina Bay area who are looking for a place to get a 30-minute power nap, you might want to visit Chop! Chop! Massage Express (with outlets at Chevron House and Marina Bay Link Mall). Subject to bed availability, you'll have to shell out $28 to get your mid-day snooze.

Another place where you could venture to is Physique, a sports performance and recovery centre nestled at One Raffles Place. The damage to your wallet is also $28, but you get a better deal in that you'll get to nap in a private room complete with a recliner, drinks, Wi-Fi access and phone chargers for the first 30 minutes. They charge $20 for each subsequent half-hour block.

4. Go For Traditional Spa & Foot Massages

But of course, who can forget relaxing spas and foot massages? If you have more time on hand, you can go for these to recharge your body, mind, and soul. A little relaxation never hurts.

While most spas in Singapore aren't cheap compared to those we go to when we're overseas, definitely check out these 5 affordable spas we've sussed out for you if going to spas is right up your alley.
