Struggling to get on the property ladder? Two young developers are offering one lucky raffle winner the chance to move in to a fully-furnished luxury London apartment for just £10.
The two bedroom, two bathroom property is in one of the capital's most sought-after locations, across the road from London's museums and just a short stroll away from Kensington Palace.
Gatsby Property developers Jonny Jackson and Harry Dee – who are both in their 20s – have listed the property on their new online auction site, Cadivus. The flat will be raffled off through the site for just £10 a ticket later this year.
And the lucky winner will get plenty for their money. High end interiors from Camerich and Buster & Punch, and designer furniture, are all thrown in, along with the stamp duty, first year’s service charge, council tax and all legal fees.
