#1 Start Off With Platform And Vendor Vouchers

It is common knowledge that Shopee and Lazada both have vouchers that can be used to offset the cost of purchases. Both platform and vendor vouchers are automatically applied to your checkout page when you hit the minimum spend or when you meet the minimum requirements. Make sure that you read the requirements carefully before using the vouchers so that you can see how you can stack them together to your advantage.

Vouchers are usually divided based on the different shopping categories such as electronics, men’s and women’s fashion as well as lifestyle so you can easily find the most relevant ones based on what you are planning to buy. They can also be claimed in advance. Due to limited quantities, they are often in high demand, so be sure to check the site daily to claim your vouchers before you do your shopping. If you are a regular shopper on Lazada, you can consider getting the Citi Lazada Credit Card which currently offers a $250 voucher for both Lazada and RedMart when you apply. Not only that, it also offers shipping rebates and 10x Rewards on Lazada spend, making it a great card to have on hand during your 11.11 shopping haul.

#3 Apply Cashback Options To Your Cart

From now to 11th November, Shopee is giving away upsized cashback vouchers at 12 am daily. These vouchers can also be stacked alongside cashback shop vouchers so that you can enjoy higher savings for your next purchase. To sweeten the deal, you can also use your ShopeePay account to enjoy extra cashback vouchers.

Another way to enjoy cashback is by using apps such as Shopback which offers up to 11% and 13% cashback for Shopee and Lazada respectively. The terms and conditions to be eligible for cashback rewards on Shopback can be complicated so make sure that you read them properly.

Take note that to enjoy Shopback rewards for Shopee purchases, you have to install both the Shopee and Shopback mobile apps installed on your phone. The Shopback cashback rewards are not available for desktop and mobile web purchases on Shopee.

#4 Take Note Of Other Special Promos and Events For 11.11

Apart from the previous options we’ve mentioned, make the most out of the 11.11 sale by taking part in the numerous flash sales, games and timed price releases on Shopee and Lazada. From now till 10th November, you can also find items at specially discounted prices and pay a deposit to secure the item that you want. On 11th November, all you have to do to complete your purchase is by paying the remainder of the price for your item. Do note that the amount you paid for your deposit is non-refundable. While this is a good option if you worry that the item you’re eyeing will go out of stock during the sale, just because something is on sale doesn’t mean it is a good buy, so plan your purchases wisely.

Shopee also allows you to make a deposit for presale items. You just need to pay $1 to qualify for exclusive rewards when you purchase your item. However, paying this deposit does not secure you the item and the order must be checked out on 11th November while stocks last. If the product is sold out, the $1 deposit will be refunded to you in the form of 100 Shopee coins within ten working days.

To avoid any potential buyer’s remorse, plan out a list of items you want to buy before the 11.11 sale and set a reminder on the actual day to check out your shopping cart before the items are sold out. Combine that with all the vouchers, bank promos and cashback options you can get the best deals for your purchases.
