Good morning. Here's everything you need to know in the world of advertising today.

1. Sony Mobile is insisting it is "here to stay." It's spending big on a global brand ad campaign.

2. Europe is ready to throw the book at Google, and it could end up with a $6 billion fine. The EU is preparing to file antitrust charges against the search giant.

3. This company thinks it can beat Google in a critical area — and it's just made a $122 million acquisition to help it do just that. We spoke to Rubicon Project's CEO on why he just bought Chango.

4. Wal-Mart's obsession with low prices is causing major tension with suppliers. The retailer has been telling suppliers to stop investing in joint marketing and give them the goods for cheaper instead.
