SINGAPORE — Singaporean households can now collect another $100 worth of Community Development Council (CDC) vouchers to spend.

The latest and second tranche of CDC vouchers – available for redemption from Wednesday (11 May) – will benefit up to 1.22 million Singaporean households, and can be used at more than 16,000 participating heartland merchants and hawkers.

It was first announced as part of a $560 million Household Support Package by Finance Minister Lawrence Wong in his Budget 2022 statement delivered in February.

The vouchers can be collected online via Singpass with each household with at least one Singaporean family member able to claim $100. Like the previous batch of vouchers released last year, they will expire on 31 December.

In addition, $200 more in vouchers will be disbursed in early 2023, and another $200 in 2024.

To date, 93 per cent of all Singaporean households have claimed their 2021 vouchers.
