| The investment seeks long-term growth of capital. The fund invests at least 80% of net assets in equity securities. It focuses on medium to large U.S. companies (I.E., those with market capitalizations of $1 billion or more at the time of purchase) which, in the Adviser's opinion, are out-of-favor (undervalued) in the marketplace. The fund uses a quantitative investment model, which ranks securities based on fundamental measures of value and recent indicators of recovery, to make investment decisions.
