The responsible entity is Westpac Funds Management Limited (WFML). Since 14 September WOT commenced trading and is the fully paid ordinary unit. WOTCA is suspended and is traded off-market. Holders of WOTCA will continue to be liable for the two outstanding instalments due for call on 1 November 2011 and 1 November 2013. Upon full payment the security will be converted into a fully paid ordinary unit.
