The investment seeks to replicate as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the performance of the S&P 500 Equal Weight Index Telecommunication Services & Utilities Total Return.
The fund will invest at least 90% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in the equity securities included in the underlying index. The underlying index is an unmanaged equal weighted version of the S&P 500 Utilities Index that consists of the common stocks of the following industries: electric utilities, gas utilities, multi-utilities and unregulated power and water utilities, telecommunication service companies, etc. It is non-diversified.
