| Omnitech Holdings Limited (OHL), along with its
subsidiaries, is principally engaged in manufacturing and
trading of electronic components. The Company operates in
two business segments: electronic components and smart card
technology through three primary entities, Lik Hang in
China, VFJ Australia and VFJ Electronics in Hong Kong. On
March 7, 2008, the manufacturing facilities located in China
under the Company’s indirect wholly owned subsidiary, Dong
Guan Humen Kin Hang Electronic Co., Limited, were closed down. | | |
