| Macquarie Communications Infrastructure Group (MCG) is a
triple stapled structure which consists of three entities,
Macquarie Communications Infrastructure Limited (MCIL),
Macquarie Communications Infrastructure Trust (MCIT), and
Macquarie MCG International Limited (MMCGIL). MCG invests in
communications infrastructure within OECD countries and
those which have comparable sovereign credit ratings or
economics performance. MCG owns interests in Arqiva (47%),
National Grid Wireless (47%), Global Tower Partners (28.7%),
Airwave (50%) and Broadcast Australia (100%). | | |
