As of December 31, 2008, the JBI segment operated 39,161 company-controlled containers and managed a fleet of 2,124 company-owned tractors; the DCS segment operated 4,454 company-controlled, 101 customer-owned trucks, and 67 independent contractor trucks; and the JBT segment operated 2,489 company-owned tractors. The company was founded in 1961 and is headquartered in Lowell, Arkansas. |
